Description
Molybdenum grease spray – dry lubricating coating based on molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) of MOLY SPRAY type for dry lubrication and protection against fretting corrosion, used before or after assembly.
Application
- SMARMAX® M-7100 lubricates parts where dry lubrication is required: rails, guides, axles, bumpers, chains, pins, joints, press-fit parts, forks, fan blades, bearings, journals, threaded parts, bushings, gear mechanisms, sliding mechanisms, ropes.
- SMARMAX® M-7100 molybdenum grease for connections, pins, axles, assembly of fitted elements, wheels, hubs, joints, chains, screws, bearings, parts in static and dynamic connections, rubber, plastic, metal parts that cannot be lubricated with liquid greases or are being run-in.
- Lubrication with SMARMAX® M-7100 molybdenum grease for mechanisms operating in the presence of oxygen, dust, aggressive environments, exposed to frequent temperature changes, chains, gears, ropes, pins, guides, etc.
- Lubrication of rotating seals, fixed seals, synthetic elements, pneumatics.
- Molybdenum grease for anti-corrosion protection of parts, e.g.: journals, gears, and simultaneously as a dry assembly paste facilitates the assembly of parts without reapplying the layer. (Storage – Assembly)
- Protection against seizing of elements working in extreme temperatures.
