Description

• Rust removal from parts, removal of scale and deposits through immersion
Application Methods
• Closed-circuit pumps for flushing central heating systems and heat exchangers
• Spraying, immersion, manual washing, gentle brushing, brushing with rinsing
Instructions for Use
Before use, dilute the product with water depending on the purpose and level of contamination in the following concentrations:
5% (1:20): Manual washing, delicate metals.
20% (1:5): Descaling of closed-circuit systems.
25% (1:4): Cleaning by immersion, bath.
25% (1:4): Removal of very stubborn dirt.
50% (1:2): Rust removal from corroded parts.
Heating the solution to 40-70°C accelerates the dissolution of scale and deposits.
Apply the prepared solution to the surface, wait 5-15 minutes for the product to take effect, then rinse with clean water under pressure.
Note: Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. A preliminary test is always recommended.
After cleaning, perform a final rinse with clean water. Flush boiler systems with water or an alkaline solution, e.g., PV-NEW (MC-6840).
Note: Always test on a delicate surface in vehicles, buildings, and decorative elements before first use.
